Sponsorship Advertising

The exposure in the curling rink works almost like subliminal advertising to curlers resting on brooms, gazing at score boards or waiting for their turn to deliver a rock. As well, curlers socialize in the lounge after their game and watch other games taking place. Many, many pairs of eyes see your advertising.

Whether it is a sign on the wall, or in-ice advertising, it has shown the support of our local businesses to our Club. Please note that all signs and digital to mesh is done by Almonte’s own Pxl Works Digital Printing.

The Almonte Curling Club offers a range of options for business or personal advertising on Ice, Score boards and walls. See pricing and advertising options below.

The advertising year runs from October 1^st until March 31^th each year.
In year 1 as an advertiser, you pay the initial sign/imaging cost and the annual rental fee. Every year after, you only pay the annual rental fee.

In-Ice Advertising

In-Ice advertising logos are reusable digital print to mesh material which are installed when the ice is put in at the beginning of the curling season (early September), and taken out at the end of the curling season (end of March). This mesh is saved during off season and reused thus only the initial cost of creation is charged the following year(s).

Please mark one of the below and send the appropriate file to be used by Pxl Works. Files can be in formats including jpeg, pdf, png, ….

• Buttons: Two buttons (17” Dia.) per sheet at a cost of $100.00 rental per year. Almonte Curling Club has four (4) sheets. Initial setup cost is $24.86 per button
• Small In-Ice Ad: One image (42” x 20”) behind the Hack, between Hog Line, or the top of the rings is $200.00 per year.) Initial setup cost is $62.50
• Medium In-Ice Ad: One image (48” x 24”) near Hog Line, or the top of the rings is $250.00 per year. Initial setup cost is $86.00
• Large In-Ice Ad: One image (60” x 24-30”) near Center Line, or the top of the rings is $325.00 per year. Initial setup cost is $107.50

Wall & Scoreboard Advertising

Year round exposure for your business

• Side Wall Sign: One 36” x 72” wall sign is $200.00 +HST per year (Initial setup cost is $96.00)
• Scoreboard: Two 18”x24” scoreboard ads is $100 +HST (Initial setup cost is 16.25)
